HOW TO MAKE CAKE


The following are items needed for cake baking:

Flour 2 milk tins
Sugar ¾ milk tin
Butter 4 table spoons
Eggs 2
Milk 3 table spoons
Baking powder 1 tea spoon
Flavor to taste

STEPS

  • Put the butter into a clean bowl
  • Add sugar to it
  • Mix the butter and sugar together in a circular movement and on one direction until the mixture is soft and fluffy
  • Crack the eggs into a separate bowl
  •  Add flavor to the egg and beat
  • Gradually add the beating egg to the butter and sugar mixture and cream continuously
  • Measure the flour and divide into three portions
  • Add one portion to the butter mixture
  •  Add one table spoon of milk and then mix carefully
  • Add second portion of flour and another table spoon of milk to the mixture and mix gently 
  • Add baking powder to the last portion of the flour, then add to the mixture with another table spoon of milk and mix carefully

  • Grease the baking pan with butter
  • Pour the mixture into the greased baking pan
  • Level the mixture to bake in a moderately hot oven for 30 to 45 minutes.
  • After 30 to 45 minutes, your cake is ready.
